Match Day 4 features another two of the main protagonists of this years FIFA World Cup. With high expectations, Germany and Spain will kick-off their campaigns,while Belgium will try to prove the doubters wrong against Canada. Lets dive into Match Day 4 pairings.

Morocco – Croatia

Last Mundial’s finalist Croatia will kick off their World Cup 2022 with very tough match against handsome Morocco team. It will be very difficult for Croats to repeat their result from 4 years ago, but I’m not ready to write them off just yet.

Germany – Japan

Many experts and bookies have written off Germany from contention of this years World Cup, but my view is completely different. Barring last showing in 2018 World Cup (Blame it on Champions Hangover), Germany has been very solid in all the World Cup in recent memory. Bundesteam starts off their campaign against Japan, which to be honest should not be difficult to overcome.

Spain – Costa Rica

Spain is one of the youngest teams in this years World Cup. They have completely moved on from the Golden days,in which they one 3 consecutive major titles and are ready to start a new chapter in Spanish football history. No doubt Spanish side is very talented, and outmatch Costa Rica by big margin, but surprising things could happen in this one.

Belgium – Canada

Many don’t look at Belgium as serious title contenders, but this team has proved doubters wrong in every major tournament they played recently. Kevin De Bryune is .in my opinion. the best player on the planet right now, and I expect him to lead his nation to victory over Canada
